Basic principle and construction of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-travel finish shaft of the motor,when equipped with power, the brake performs concurrently, the electromagnetic force appeals to the armature and presses the spring ,as a result the brake disc is launched from armature and endshield,then the motor commences to operate: When the power offer is minimize off, electromagnetic froce dropped, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops quickly,a braking action concluded. The electricity of the brake is supplied by rectifier fastened in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.
